These terms are an agreement between you and Sellstreets for using the Sellstreets shopping app, the marketplace at shop.sellstreets.com, shop websites at <shop>.sellstreets.com and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Sellstreets is a platform that lets independent local shops show their products and take orders. Each shop is the seller and is responsible for its products, prices, stock, delivery, invoices, returns and refunds. Sellstreets is not the seller and does not own the goods.

• You can browse without an account. To place orders you need one, and you must be at least 18.
• Give accurate details, including a phone number and address where you can receive orders.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

• Product details, photos and prices are provided by the shop. Prices and stock are checked again at checkout, and the total shown before you confirm is the amount you pay.
• An order is a request to the shop. The shop may accept or reject it, for example if an item is out of stock or your address is outside its delivery area.
• Delivery fees, minimum order amounts, delivery times and pickup options are set by each shop and shown before you order. Delivery times are estimates.
• You pay the shop by cash on delivery or pickup, or online where the shop offers it. Online payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Coupons are issued by shops, are valid only at that shop, and follow the conditions shown with them.

• You can cancel an order from its details page before it is delivered.
• Return policies are set by each shop and shown on the product page. If none is shown, ask the shop before ordering.
• To request a return, use “Returns & refunds” in the app. The shop reviews the request and decides on a replacement or refund under its policy and the law.
• Refunds are issued by the shop. Online payments are usually refunded to the original payment method.

You must not:

• place fake orders, misuse coupons or make fraudulent payments or return claims;
• post reviews or messages that are false, abusive, offensive or unrelated to your experience;
• harass shop owners, staff or delivery people;
• attempt to access other accounts or data, disrupt the Service, or copy or scrape it;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of reviews and photos you post, and you allow us and the shop to display them on the Service. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Contact the shop first through “Help & support” in the app. If you cannot resolve the problem, email [email protected] and we will try to help. Because the shop is the seller, claims about goods, delivery or refunds are made against the shop.

The Service is provided “as is”. We cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Sellstreets is not liable for the goods sold by shops, for a shop’s acts or omissions, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Privacy Policy — deleting your account).

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and tell you in the app about important changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
