Orders & payment
Prices and availability
Checkout rechecks current prices and stock. Reordered items use today’s prices. A shop coupon is valid only for that shop and cannot exceed the item subtotal.
Payment
Customer orders currently use cash payment at pickup or on delivery. Review the order total before placing your order.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order from its details page before it is delivered. Already cancelled or rejected orders do not need another cancellation.
Returns & refunds
Read the product’s return policy on its detail page. If no policy is listed, ask the shop before ordering; no automatic return window is promised.
For a delivered order, submit a return request with the affected items, quantities, reason, and optional photos. The shop reviews it and provides instructions through your request.
Refund records show the amount and method recorded by the shop. Closing a support request is not proof that money has been refunded.
