Delete your Sellstreets account
This page is for the Sellstreets shopping app by Sellstreets (Android app, shop.sellstreets.com and shop websites). You can delete your account yourself at any time.
How to delete your account
- Sign in below with your Sellstreets email and password (or, when signed in, open My account → Delete account).
- Select Delete my account.
- Enter your password, type DELETE and select Delete permanently.
- Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out on every device.
Orders still in progress must be delivered or cancelled first. Can’t sign in? Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my account”; we delete the account within 30 days.

Data that is deleted
- Your name, email address, mobile number and password.
- Your saved delivery addresses, cart, wishlist and saved shops.
- Your location, language and notification settings, and the devices registered for push notifications.
- Your sign-in sessions and in-app notifications.
Data that is kept, and for how long
- Orders you placed and their invoices and payment records, including the delivery address and items on them, are kept by the shop for up to 8 years, as required by Indian GST and tax law. They stay linked only to your deleted, anonymous account.
- Reviews and ratings you posted stay on the shop’s page. Reviews never show your name.
- Return and support requests stay with the shop as part of its order records.
